TOKYO

【Selected colors and sizes are expected to become available in late August.】

NEEDBY VINTAGE’s selvedge mid-rise straight model “TOKYO”.
This straight-leg denim retains the rugged character of vintage denim while creating a clean, flattering leg line. It is a versatile, all-around style that looks great whether worn true to size or styled low on the waist, and can be worn as a staple by both women and men.
The fabric is an original material developed by NEEDBY VINTAGE. Open-end yarn is used for the weft, and the denim is dyed using the i-Next method, developed with a focus on sustainable manufacturing. Finished with authentic selvedge construction, it offers a firm yet lightweight feel.

【About i-Next】
i-Next is an advanced indigo dyeing technology developed to reduce environmental impact without compromising the quality and character of premium Japanese denim.
By enhancing the efficiency of the dyeing process, i-Next reduces chemical usage by approximately 60% compared to conventional dyeing methods, while also minimizing dye waste.
The system also incorporates an innovative water recycling process that optimizes washing conditions and enables water reuse, reducing water consumption by approximately 40%.
Created with a focus on sustainability and responsible manufacturing, i-Next represents a new approach to environmentally conscious denim production — combining Japanese craftsmanship with next-generation eco technology.

【BRAND】
NEEDBY VINTAGE is a Japanese denim brand that sets a new standard for contemporary design values, building on denim's rich history.
Our design prioritizes both softness and selvedge integrity. Through a structure that merges roughness and precision, we create a texture with visual depth, without relying on physical weight.
Our finishing process is not intended to replicate vintage items. Instead, by carefully balancing light and shadow, we express a quiet and refined profundity, based on the philosophy of designing the process of aging itself. NEEDBY VINTAGE launched in the Spring/Summer 2026 season.
