【Return Policy】
Unless the product page clearly states "non-returnable," returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
For products purchased online, the return shipment must be sent by the last day of the 14-day return period.
Please note the following when initiating a return:
1.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2.If returning part of an order causes you to no longer meet the conditions of any applied promotions or campaigns, the amount of those discounts will be deducted from your refund.
3.Customs duties, shipping fees, and any other costs besides the product price are not refundable.
【Return Conditions】
Please note that we cannot accept returns if any of the following apply:
・More than 14 days have passed since the product was received.
・The product has been used even once.
・The product has odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
・The product has been altered or processed by the customer (such as raising the hem) or has been washed.
・The product’s tags or labels have been removed.
・Parts of the product or accessories are missing or lost.
・The product page states “non-returnable” (please check the product page on the online store for return eligibility details).
【Exchanges】
We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item, please first return the original product and then place a new order for the desired item.
【About return method】
If you wish to return a product, please first confirm that your return meets the return conditions. Then, contact us in advance at the email address below and obtain our approval.

After that, please send the product to the address provided by our customer support.
Please note that returns sent without prior contact and approval from us will not be accepted.
When returning the product, please ensure it meets the return conditions. Also, to prevent damage or soiling during shipping, kindly pack the item carefully before sending it.

【European Union 14 day cooling off period】
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
【Refund Policy】
After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
If you do not see the refund reflected after more than 15 business days from the refund approval, please contact our customer support.
