・Contract: When it is necessary to process your personal data in order to perform a contract between you and us.
・Legal Obligation: When we need to comply with a legal obligation.
・Legitimate Interests: When the processing of your personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party, provided that your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. The reasons set forth in Article 2.3 of this Policy, (2) to (6), are interpreted as falling under legitimate interests.
