【Shipping and Delivery】

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Japan using DHL as our shipping partner.

Orders are managed based on Japan Standard Time (JST). 
Items are usually shipped within 2–3 business days, but in some cases, additional time may be required.
Shipments will not be made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese public holidays.
Shipments will also be suspended during extended holiday periods in Japan, such as the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and the Japanese summer holiday (around mid-August).

※ Shipping fees are not included in the product prices and will be calculated separately at checkout.
※ At checkout, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order, using the weight information registered in our system. As a general guide, up to two pairs of denim usually fall within 2kg.

【Check Your Order Status】

To check the delivery status of your order, please visit the DHL tracking system and enter your tracking number.
The tracking number can be found in the “Shipping Confirmation” email sent to you on the shipping date.
